If you have lost your keys, or FOB, and you are unable to access your building/property, please follow the instructions below.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, call VADA’s office on (604) 416-3880, and a member of our Customer Care team will help you.
Outside of VADA’s regular office hours you may call a Locksmith of your choice, at your expense. Please remember, whenever you change your locks you are obligated under your Lease Agreement to provide a copy of the key to VADA immediately.
Note: Loosing a key or a FOB to access your building/property is NOT an emergency. For lost keys/FOB’s please do not call our emergency line outside of regular office hours, instead, please call a Locksmith to get entry to your building/property. Be sure to contact VADA during regular office hours to have a new key cut, or to order a new FOB.
