The Story Behind Our New Name
Why the Change?
Simply put, we realized that our brand needed to evolve to better represent our cutting-edge, client-centred service and proactive, agile nature. We also wanted to convey our future-friendly approach towards influencing more dynamic Metro Vancouver communities.

The Evolution to VADA
For over 20 years, we’ve delivered exceptional property management services in Metro Vancouver, going above and beyond firstly for our clients, and their tenants. Our journey has seen many pivotal moments since our launch as Advent in 2006. Neil McGuinness officially came on board in 2008 and Andrea Farina joined in 2009, making us a truly family-owned company.
Always seeking to serve our clients better, in 2014, we enhanced operations with our proprietary client management software. We expanded with Vada rental and lease management in 2020, and in 2021, launched our first lease-up project. Now, we mark a new milestone in 2024 — unifying all our services under the refreshed VADA name. You could say our history is rich and our future is bright.
