    This is dependent on various factors including: today's rental market, pricing, location, property features, property amenities, competition. A competitively priced property with desireable features, in a sought after building and popular location, with no competing properties, may rent within 1 week, or 1-2 weeks. If the same property is listed in a brand new building with many competing rentals, it may take longer to find a tenant eg. 1 month, or 2 months. Reducing the rent will help get your property rented in a shorter space of time, the same as in the real estate sales market where reducing the sales price, to take the edge from competing listings, will help your property sell before others
