If your sink is leaking, or causing a flood, you will need to turn the water supply OFF immediately.
To locate the hot and cold water, ON/OFF valves for your sink, open the cabinet door/doors under the sink, and look on the back panel.
Note: The location of the ON/OFF valves may vary, some are installed through back panel of the cabinet, others may be installed through the bottom of the cabinet.

Note: The hot and cold valves may or may not be labeled.

Turn the valves clockwise to turn the water OFF.
When both valves are OFF there should be no hot or cold water flowing through the taps, be sure to test this.

Turn the valves anti clockwise to turn the water ON.

If you have a flood, please call VADA's office Immediately on (604) 736-6478 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for assistance. Outside of regular business hours call our office on (604) 736-6478 and Press "1" for emergencies.
Water issues that are not fixed or reported may be deemed damages and charged back to you.
