If your toilet is leaking, overflowing, or flooding your bathroom, you will need to turn the water supply OFF immediately.
To locate the water ON/OFF valve for your toilet, look on the wall, closer to the floor, behind the toilet.

Turn the valve clockwise to turn the water OFF.

Water issues that are not fixed or reported may be deemed damages and charged back to you.
